- JGJunior Galvan1 day ago1.0This was easily one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The employee on the speaker was short, impatient, and cutting me off mid-sentence with “alright, alright” before I could even finish ordering. Because he kept interrupting and rushing the interaction, it caused a complete misinterpretation of what I was trying to order in the first place. The order was wrong, the drink tasted sour, and when I went back to correct it, instead of taking accountability, he tried to say I was in the wrong. The employee at the window didn’t help either — the sarcastic “Well, how does this taste?” response was unprofessional and unnecessary. To make it worse, the food was stale and the hash browns were burnt and stale. That’s basic quality control, and it clearly wasn’t there. Mistakes happen, but poor attitude, rushing customers, and refusing to take responsibility are what made this experience unacceptable. Completely disappointing from start to finish. Definitely tested my patience this morning
- JJjbchannelFeb 5, 20265.0i came to this location bc i was in the area . i went to order my drink and Janessa ( i hope i spelled her name right ) helped me with my order . it was obvious she was having a long, stressful, day. However, despite the chaotic and hectic environment, Janessa still provided me with exceptional service and even tried helping me find alternatives bc they were out of what I originally wanted. Handled everything with grace and a smile. Janessa deserves a raise!!! Would definitely come back just for her

Angelica was so nice with us, she guide us with different options, she was so friendly, she was over the top! Definitely an amazing person and customer service!! It was above and beyond! I definitely recommend it!!
