I pulled around to park and get off because I really wanted a coffee before starting my 12 hour shift and see an employee standing in the back on her phone just so that she could tell me they were closed. I finally get to the drive-through and I take a couple minutes to order cause there’s still a long line in front of me and they weren’t really moving so then a lady gets on the Speaker and tells me do I need help finding something I said no and then she says it again rudely and I say I am reading taking my time cause I can’t see , She proceeds to tell me well we don’t let them customers. Wait because we get in trouble By her boss. So I hurry up and choose something. When I get to the window, she’s standing there with an attitude. She has pink or red glasses on, didn’t get her name. But it almost seems like she’s trying to intimidate me, When she brings my drink because I always order very light ice, she proceeds to show me the drink and says this is how the drink is gonna come and there’s like a whole lot missing I say whatever just add more ice when I get the drink, I taste it after driving away and it taste like absolute dirt and cigarette ashes the drink was awful. The customer service was awful. I will not be returning to this location. It’s obvious that they don’t care about their customers only drive time.
