They always have the donuts I want in stock (vanilla creme), and they do me the favor of putting in the ones I request even though they're not available to order on Doordash. The items are carefully and safely packaged, and my drinks are well made. I will always trust ordering from this location. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Instead of apologizing to me for the mistake, she snatched the bag from my hand, swapped the item, and then turned to the customers behind me to apologize to them—making me feel like I was the problem for simply asking for what I ordered. I get that mistakes happen, but being treated like a nuisance for a staff error is unacceptable. I took photos of the order and the receipt to document the experience. I hope management addresses this attitude, as no customer should be made to feel invisible or disrespected." This is NOT ok.

- JEJason EgglestonJan 1, 20262.0I don’t have experience with being inside this location, but last night my daughter went to pick up a shake for me, and it’s only a 4 minute drive. When she returned, it was basically a glass of milk with very little ice cream. The texture was terrible, there was no solid ice cream at all, it just flowed through the straw as liquid. Extremely disappointing, I can’t remember having such a bad experience with a shake. And for it to be that expensive is inexcusable. It was apparent that no care was taken in the preparation, I’d call it a complete waste of money, for what I got.
