  Big guy working sure has a mouth on him. Idk if he’s a manager because he sure is a bad one if he is but he acts like he is in charge only because how bossy he is to everyone and rude. Idk how he still has a job since he thinks it’s ok to be disrespectful and extremely flamboyant to paying customers. All I did was ask a question about a drink and I was met with attitude and the most off putting energy. Won’t be coming back! Edit: just looked at the reviews and apparently this guy is upsetting all your customers!! People have even posted pics of him wow! How unpleasant does one have to be to get so many bad reviews written about you!

  This location deserves ZERO STARS. The big guy with a beard who says he’s in charge or bosses people around like he is has the worst attitude problem ever. How is he even an employee here?!?? I sure hope he isn’t a manager because no one should be treating employees or PAYING CUSTOMERS that badly… you do realize I will never spend a dollar at this location again and honestly probably won’t ever go to dunkin again in general this turned me off from them. I was just asking a simple question about a product and I got met with attitude sass and extreme hostility and for what? Spending money to help keep this place running to pay people like HIM? No thanks… oh and judging by the comments I’m not the only one who had a bad experience with this dude! I suggest you reconsider hiring someone who will be a good positive influence on your store not this guy who has everyone walking on eggshells and leaving bad reviews and walking out very upset!

  So many experiences today, it was just carzy. Let's just say it all started out when I pulled up to the drive-thru to order when I saw an employee getting out of a CAR and welcoming me to the donut shop. I was like, “WTH?” I couldn’t stop laughing because I was honestly in shock. And the events just kept going. I seriously thought I was being PUNKED. Someone really needs to go down and check that location.

  The employees SUCK!!! Are you being FORCED to work here?? Guy at the speaker sighing while taking my order. It was 2 coffees. I’m sure it can’t be that hard working here. If you hate your job so much maybe look elsewhere. Every time I come here the employees talk to you like they hate you and their life. Do the job you get paid to do, and get over it.

  Came Sunday morning . It was my first time ever coming to a Dunkin’s and the worst experience ever. I was really wanting to buy one of their cups but I had never seen a cup made that way it didn’t have a handle it just had a little circle and I asked what it was for or how to use it and none of them knew so I asked the big guy who acted like he was the boss how it is used and I was being really nice mind you I just was curious it was a cute cup and he rudely tells me “it’s however you wanna hold it” I was like it has this little circle is that for your finger?” I mean if I buy a cup I want to know how to use it again I was not rude what so ever I was in a great mood and he stars snapping at me and I said oh he’s rude quietly and turned to walk out and he starts SCREAMING AT ME!!! Telling me I’m doing to much talking to much and that I need to leave his store.. and started making weird noises super flamboyant and rude! I hope the owner knows that this man is not who should be working this store I will never return and my bf always went here to get donuts for his football games he was with me and he’s never returning again. Lost a long term customer with him! And it was my first time but I won’t be back..!!! Hire people who actually don’t treat people like crp for no reason ! Edit: just checked the reviews and wow this guy is a problem look at all the reviews people are leaving about him?!? This happened January 11th 2026 at 10am!
