  I’ve ordered from this Domino’s many times and never had an issue until today. I placed an order and it kept getting delayed. We even got a call saying it was out for delivery, but it was taking forever, so I called the store. It took a long time for anyone to answer, and when they finally did, they claimed they “never deliver here,” even though I have proof of multiple past deliveries from their own Domino’s drivers. The person who said he was the manager sounded like he didn’t care at all. He told me my order was cancelled, but my app still showed it as out for delivery. The moment I asked for proof of cancellation and said I would go in to get the receipt, the site suddenly updated to “cancelled.” Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Horrible customer service. Will never order from here again.

  This place always gets the pizzas wrong and the managers never do anything about it. Id go to the dominos off Grosenbacher personally

  Guys cant even get the basic order right and when you ask them to fix it they look at you funny even when its obviously their fault. Don't even care to offer anything to make it right for wasting your time either. Store sucks now compared to how it was. Might be new management maybe

  Bought 2 pies and the whole family got sick. Saw the 2.9 afterwards. Won't be getting food from here never again.

  Tried to place an online order and the site kept having issues. I called the location and was told they wouldn't honor any online coupons over the phone. When I asked what to do, I was just given an "I don't know!" I finally was able to get the order through. We waited about 25 minutes and the pizza was at our door. What a complete and total disappointment. We ordered two pizzas and some Garlic Nuggets. One pizza was correct, but looked like they just tossed the pepperoni on and it landed where it landed. The 2nd pizza was supposed to have multiple toppings. They forgot one topping, the other toppings showed the same care as the other pizza. There was 1 onion on the whole pizza and maybe 4 small pieces of green pepper. They couldn't even cut the pizza as we asked. The crust was so thin in the middle, it was wouldn't even hold up to being folded. I call and complained and the manager just seemed like it was oh well. I was given a credit for another pizza, but I don't know if I want to take a chance with this place again.
