We even got a call saying it was out for delivery, but it was taking forever, so I called the store. It took a long time for anyone to answer, and when they finally did, they claimed they “never deliver here,” even though I have proof of multiple past deliveries from their own Domino’s drivers. The person who said he was the manager sounded like he didn’t care at all. He told me my order was cancelled, but my app still showed it as out for delivery. The moment I asked for proof of cancellation and said I would go in to get the receipt, the site suddenly updated to “cancelled.” Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Horrible customer service. Will never order from here again.
