- KKKeithOSXNov 30, 20251.0I’m here waiting for a carry out order as I type this. I showed up when it’s supposed to be ready and get told I have to wait 30 to 40 more minutes. This is after waiting at my house and driving here based on the time I was told when I ordered it. The screen says I’m up in 1 to 5 minutes. My email also says I’m here when I’m supposed to be, as well as the app. I ask what they can do for me since I did my part, and he says nothing unless I want to cancel the order. I’m not going to be a “Karen”, it’s not my style. I’ll just take my money elsewhere next time. Wasting a paying customer’s time with no sense of responsibility, or offering any kind of remedy, for failing to meet your own self-prescribed timeline is just pure disrespect to me. It’s just pizza, but wasting my time is a whole other thing. Hopefully I’ll save someone else the hour long ordeal to pickup a few pepperoni pizzas.
