Delivery driver does not follow instructions and left my food sitting on the floor in front of my door when the instructions on the order clearly state to call before coming to drop the food off. I called the store and asked for a refund for my tip and they refused to give it to me. My food was cold and there was a hair in my food. They were extremely dismissive and lack professionalism when it comes to customer service. It wasnt until i discovered a hair on my pizza that they were willing to give me a refund and then hung up on me. Highly disappointed as I have been a customer for dominios faithfully for over 10 years. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME.
