This Sunday, I ordered the Brooklyn, and Nathan provided exceptional service from start to finish. When I went to pick it up, I was genuinely impressed. Hector greeted me with genuine kindness and professionalism, which immediately stood out. Great customer service is rare these days, and this team delivered. Both of these guys deserve recognition because the service was top tier and the pizza turned out amazing.

The tracking on the delivery was switching from 2 mins to 4 mins and back to 2 mins away, the pizzas eventually arrived after 20 mins, cold and dry. Domino's still haven't honored there "Delivery Insurance". We definitely won't be using Domino's again.

No follow from driver or domino's to say they delivered. I followed up. The order was placed on cement ledge in front of apartment. When I finally got through and went down. The boxes were full of ants. I called back to follow up at least 5 times but they kept hanging up the phone.
