  Ordered delivery though the Domino’s app, instead of through Uber Eats. The app indicated the drive left the store at 7:42p… After almost 30 minutes of the app saying the driver was 1 minute away, I called the store. I was told the driver would be there in 4-5 minutes. After 10-15 more minutes the driver called and said he left the food at the front desk, as they wouldn’t let him deliver to the room… ok fair… I went down and got it, the pizza, cold… desserts…cold… the boxes were crushed and the soda I ordered shaken and ready to explode when opened. $50 for pizza and a $10 tip…. What a waste, what an awful experience. I didn’t even call the store back. They don’t give a damn. Avoid ordering from here. Domino’s on Houston Street in San Antonio, Texas.

  I was in downtown San Antonio and I had a hankering for a Pizza. I checked some of the local establishments and most of them were closed. Thank goodness, this Dominos was still open and within walking distance of my hotel. Used my online access and ordered pizza, it was ready by the time I arrived and the staff was very energetic to make sure the product was as ordered. I am vey happy that this worked out.

  When my order never arrived, I called the store and the "manager" hung up on me. I called back, and she said that she cancelled the order and immediately hung up on me again.

  Caution: Check your pizza upon delivery I ordered from Domino’s twice and both times they messed up my order. (Mind you two weeks difference) The first time, they forgot items I paid for, (cheesy bread and sandwiches )and when I called the number on the receipt, no one answered — which is really strange. I think that’s why they didn’t answer because they knew they forgot it. And maybe it was made - maybe it wasn’t, but if it was- why didn’t they call and say I’m sorry we have it here; can we bring it to you or give you a credit. And in this economy- we want to be treated fairly, especially with the prices. I work hard for my money and paying someone when you don’t get the product you received is unsatisfactory. But they are a business and they don’t want to give out or back money. Just give me what I ordered for my family and they liked it being picky eaters. Whatever. The second time, my pizza toppings were wrong (half here/half there wasn’t followed), and I was overcharged. I could’ve gotten the same pizza for $6.99 but was charged $13. My total was around $75. I’m really disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again until they fix this issue. Do better Dominos. 😒
