At the store, employees claimed the payment “did not go through” on their system and demanded we pay again, despite us showing clear proof of payment and a pending bank charge. This was not a bank or card issue, but a failure on Domino’s system. Expecting customers to pay twice and “wait 2–3 days for a refund” due to your error is completely unacceptable. No accountability, no solution offered, and very poor customer service. This situation should have been resolved at the store without inconveniencing the customer. I do not recommend this location.

Now I’m out 20 dollars and have to wait for a refund from my bank. Was rude and with an attitude. It’s not my fault you’re having system issues and now I did not get my pizza and the pizzas ended in the trash. What a horrible way to do business
