  My experience is calling them on the phone. Unfortunately I was told they only take online orders. Oh well, there is a lot of competition. Domino's failed me with a policy that works for Domino's. Some would think they would have policies their potential customers want.

  I’ve ordered from this location several times before writing this review because I wanted to give them a fair shake, but I’ve been really disappointed. I once got my delivery 2 hours after ordering even though the predicted delivery time was 30 minutes. This is despite me calling the store to complain; I was told the driver was already on the way but then it was still an hour until it finally got delivered. Another time, it took 30 extra minutes and they didn’t let me know the drinks I ordered weren’t available until the driver was already on the way with my order. I’ve also had incorrect orders 3 times; specifically not removing an ingredient I wanted removed from a specialty pizza. Luckily it wasn’t due to an allergy, but if it had been that could have been dangerous. I won’t be ordering from this store again.

  The main issue is that the app said our food was ready for pickup, but when we arrived, it was definitely not ready, despite what the tracker stated. One of the employees, a skinny guy wearing glasses, was extremely unprofessional. He slammed the window on my husband when he simply asked if our order was ready. The vehicle in front of us even commented, “What is that guy’s problem?” after witnessing his hostile behavior. His only response to us was an abrasive, “It’s still in the oven!” The whole point of using the app is to time our arrival so the food is hot and ready when we get there. Instead, we ended up waiting almost 15 minutes in the drive-through while our pizzas were still baking. We live far enough from the store that we must pick up our pizzas ourselves, so having accurate timing is important and we rely on the tracker to plan when to leave the house. It honestly feels like the store may be marking pizzas as “completed” early just to pad their ready times. This entire experience might have been easier to overlook if not for the employee’s abrasive and hostile attitude, which made it seem like it was our fault for showing up when the app told us our order was ready.

  HORRIBLE. Waited 2 hours for a delivery just for it to come cold and have missing items. Not only that, but to top it off their cheesy bread barely had any cheese!! A waste of my money. Tried contacting and they offered to resolve it. However, when I tried redeeming that, all of a sudden I'm not offered it?!?!? How does this make sense. I tried speaking to them again and went on hold for 45 mins. I have never felt disrespected by a restaurant and I will not be returning to this location again. Absoletly ridiculous!!!
