  Came to look for a midnight snack and everyone was close and turning me and my family away because they were 1hour closing time and stop at domino’s and Matthew gave me a the best customer service ever took my order and now me and my family Take care another yeah, thank you domino’s not me and my family are happy and we are eating a good meal before bed. Thanks to Matthew.

  I just sat at the dominos drive through window for 10+ minutes waiting for my order, there wasn’t a soul in sight & the “ringtone” they have went off at least 5 times, letting them know someone was at the window. I waited a little longer then called, got put on hold, then finally was told “we’re coming we were in the back” I’m sorry, I can understand if it was busy but it was 10:30 at night and the only order up was mine, it’s not that hard to do your job, even while taking a “break” or stepping out back. Then when I finally received my order, there was no hospitality, barely any words exchanged which I find rude considering your in the business of customer service. I am a server myself and I am tired of people giving the bare minimum, when I know the job is not that hard. Even on my bad days, I give my best. Dominos needs to do better.

  Never use their drive through. Waited 2 hours to pick up my pizza that was sitting on the shelves. Once a employee finally came to the window he didn't know how to use the register. He than argued with a female employee on how a register worked. All I wanted was some pizza after a long day of work.

  My experience is calling them on the phone. Unfortunately I was told they only take online orders. Oh well, there is a lot of competition. Domino's failed me with a policy that works for Domino's. Some would think they would have policies their potential customers want.

  I’ve ordered from this location several times before writing this review because I wanted to give them a fair shake, but I’ve been really disappointed. I once got my delivery 2 hours after ordering even though the predicted delivery time was 30 minutes. This is despite me calling the store to complain; I was told the driver was already on the way but then it was still an hour until it finally got delivered. Another time, it took 30 extra minutes and they didn’t let me know the drinks I ordered weren’t available until the driver was already on the way with my order. I’ve also had incorrect orders 3 times; specifically not removing an ingredient I wanted removed from a specialty pizza. Luckily it wasn’t due to an allergy, but if it had been that could have been dangerous. I won’t be ordering from this store again.
