Redwater Dragons Band Was in the house for a fun night. It was also trivia game night. Experience was awesome. Will recommend and visit again. We can in fourth place on trivia.
- KBKevin BuickeroodNov 14, 20251.0This Dave and Buster’s inside the San Antonio mall delivered some of the worst service we have experienced. It took 20 minutes just to get iced teas. Our food had to be ordered, then re-ordered, and then arrived in slow, scattered batches. We eventually had to track down the front hostess to locate the manager, who explained that there were 150 band kids in the back. We are those parents, so we already knew that, and for the record, another restaurant handled our entire group the night before with excellent service and no issues. The kids said their meals were tiny sliders, five soggy fries, and small pizzas with a single large pepperoni placed on top. Our server eventually came back with our food, plus additional dishes we never ordered. The manager apologized and promised a discount across all three of our checks, but that discount ended up canceling out the veteran discount one of our friends was expecting. To make things worse, when the bills finally arrived, they were completely jumbled. We only had seven people, yet our checks were mixed together with items from one another’s orders. The waitress had to go around asking each person what they ordered all over again. At that point, the entire experience had become chaotic and frustrating. Because of all the delays, we even missed our scheduled Alamo photo opportunity. This was poor management from top to bottom, and we will not be returning or recommending this location for future competitions.
