  As much as I enjoyed my time here when we went yesterday (2/26/26) food wasn't what I was expecting. I ordered tenders and they were super skinny (I took a pic before I ate I'll post with this). I got 3 small tenders and some fries. I'll blame myself for not knowing it came with coleslaw so maybe that's why it was a small portion of fries. (I moved the coleslaw before the pic). Then we got a steak meal, I asked could we sub out the sides and was told we could, but was charged 5.50 for an add on for the substitute. Which is the price to add a side 😒😒😒 so instead of the 25. It was it ended up being 30 for that meal. Server was awesome and attentive even tho we had like 16 people with individual tickets for an ice breaker event. It was clean and nice just overall good vibes. We really did have such a great time. I will be back again.

  Walked in and asked if they could play a specific basketball game as it was primarily ufc and boxing being shown. Manager got right on it and sat is in front of a TV where he would switch the game to. We ordered an appetizer to share as we were not that hungry that did take a while to come out. Randall the entertainment manager came out and let us know that due to the long wait he went ahead and deducted the full price of the appetizer from our receipt. This was great because he honestly did not have to do that but he went above and beyond.

  We were having such a great time with our server Crystal she is so amazing so don’t let this review take you away from her but the MANAGER ADAM FORCED HER YO CLEAN OFF OUR TABLE while we were playing games and she felt so bad she had to come tell us. If we are still in the building and playing games that’s given because the establishment is literally food and fun and for a manger to force a server to do something she doesn’t want to do because it could have cost her the tip but we understood but ADAM. SHAME ON YOU. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!

  Had the worst experience at this location. Sat at the bar and waited 20 to even be recognized. The bar tender wouldn’t even give us eye contact and would go and serve people who just arrived. I will never come back to this location due to the bad customer service since we walked in and then not even been acknowledged was a bad representation for Dave and Busters.

  Had a terrible experience at this location tonight. Our group had about 25 people, and from the start there was major miscommunication with ordering. After an hour and a half, seven people still had not received their food. At the same time, food was coming out randomly — some guests were receiving entrees, appetizers, and desserts all at once, showing a clear lack of coordination. When we asked for help, the manager on duty (Lee) was confrontational and dismissive. Instead of taking accountability, he blamed the system and made excuses. When I asked him to go into the kitchen and check on the missing orders, he threatened to have security remove me, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. After 2½ hours, we finally paid. When I reviewed my bill, I saw an automatic gratuity of about 45% added. My food was $17.98, yet $8.60 was added as gratuity. Another manager acknowledged the issue and said it would be removed, but claimed it could not be corrected at the time. Between the extreme delays, missing food, poor management response, inappropriate security threat, and billing issues, this was an awful experience. I would not recommend this location, especially for large groups.
