Went for an early dinner with family. Food service was a little slow but manager helped us out and served our table. Wife ordered the steak and asked for it to be cooked medium rare but after three attempts of correction, the steak continued to come out just barely enough to call it rare. The frustration of having to wait close to 40 minutes for food Thurday, just for my pregnant wife to not be able to eat makes me remember why we don't come to D&B restaurants for dinner or lunch very often. Besides that 1/2 priced games make it fun for the family. FYI the UFC punching game doesn't work.

I know this place is getting a face lift but I went here with only my child spent 130 dollars. Cramped gaming space is fine, cold food that came out late is fine I still tipped decently….. but getting 4 nails in my car and having to spend an additional 680 dollars because you refuse to do a sweep of your parking lot while all your construction is going on is inexcusable. What is worse is when I come in 2 weeks later to try to say it’s water under the bridge just looking for some sort of apology not a whisper. A cookie would of been fine maybe a gaming credit that cost you nothing since 1 night at this meh D &B ended up costing costing me not only monetary impact but also an extreme waste of time and mentality… just do better. Great well make sure food gets pushed on time, have the staff follow up while the costumer is eating and for gods sake have some common sense to make sure the place is clear of danger especially somewhere that has kids. I’m glad it was my tire and not my son’s foot…

Didn't eat here but the game selection was good and it was busy (valentine's day). Fortunately, we still found seats at the bar and didnt have to wait our turn for games very often. They service could have been better but it was busy. Also, I ordered a soda and the first one was flat and the second one didnt taste like the flavor I had asked for which was odd.

While we were seated promptly when we were not immediately ready to order our waiter disappeared for a long while (seen circling chatting with another worker but never looked our way) we ordered food felt like it took a while. We did have fun in the arcade we earned a good sum of tickets got a reasonable amount of play. Witha. Good variety and only one or two machines out of service otherwise all fully functional. But then it came time to check out with our ticket haul. My son took his time and picked a litte robot shaped desk vacuum that used his entire stash of 3300 tickets as the stack (about 10-12 of the things) was signed and labeled 3250. However when checking out he was told that no it was 5000”I guess the price just went up it’s hard to keep track of the signs” the employee went over and took down the sign we had to settle for a second choice and left with a crying kid. What had been a slow start and other wise fun evening ended in disappointed tears. As adults we all know most of the stuff in there is crap that you can buy elsewhere for maybe 5 bucks but to kids he’d earned those tickets, winning two or three big prizes in games that required a little skill. The lack of owning the mistake or empathy is what bugs me. I won’t say we will never be back but I won’t be in any hurry.

Made a reservation for the Teofimeo Lopez vs Stevenson fight for 20. Well now I know. I put it down for 6pm and told everyone just arrived after 6 the main event wont be till 10pm. I arrived and got told I couldn't go to the table until half the group shows up. So I had to stay standing until more of the group showed up. The whole group shown up through out the night , at one point I was told if the rest of the group didn't show up they were going to release half of our tables. Hate to leave a review like this but it was a learning experience & I would look elsewhere to take a group for a fight. The waiter also seem to be rushing us like they wanted us to leave. Only positives outcome was we asked if they can put the volume on for the boxing and they did.
