  We stopped here after a late-night run to the store to order some burgers and chicken strips. When we ordered our food, I mentioned to the lady who took our order that I had some coupons on the DQ App. She did not know how to process the coupons so she had to call another female assistant to the register. Also, she refused to give the soda which had been bought and refused to provide extra napkins to the three of us. Our receipt clearly showed that the drink had been paid for and she claimed that my mom had not paid for her soda. Shout out to the male manager on duty! I did not get what his name was, but he was very nice, helpful and was able to provide us with the drink that had been purchased as well as extra napkins which the lady at the register refused to give us. I don’t know the name of the lady, but she was hispanic, had glasses on and her hair was dyed orange. She clearly needs customer training.

  If you are a masochist and just love to be punished. Look no further than this Dairy Queen cause they’ll make you regret the choice you made to be a fatty and get fast food instead of just eating at home. I waited in the drive through for an Oreo blizzard for 45 minutes. Not because I wanted the ice cream but because the drive through isn’t big enough for you to get out. So by the time I got up there I felt like I deserved that damn ice cream. Well after I get it and drive off happy that I’m finally going home. I get through 2 bites to realize the Oreos aren’t even mixed into the blizzard it’s just on the top! Best experience will definitely do again if I’m ever on a diet.

  So this was my first time coming to the Dairy Queen location, and it was not a very pleasant or good experience. The man taking our order kept messing it up and then I had told him multiple times. We were getting the combos and he kept asking me if it was the meal or just a sandwich sandwiches. We reached the window and he’s barely paying attention. I say this because he only gave us two out of our three drinks for getting my daughters Then has Us park. We park in one of our meals was missing So I had to go back. By the time he was through making our other meal That he missed the rest of our fries for the other two were cold. And no apology was issued for them missing our meal this place needs to pay attention
