  There was a long line and it took about 15 minutes to place my order. 3:00 may not be a good time to go to DQ.

  So the free burger is through the app ,but the app is not working and the store manager can't do anything about it..drove 30 miles for nothing

  Just dropped by near closing time to pick up a couple blizzard in DQ. Thru thru line was long. Inside no line. Was in and out in 5 min.

  Rudest workers ever! All young kids working just standing around on their phone talking about all the customers . Even the manager is engaging in it. The manager has a cross tattoo on his neck. A customer came in and told them his food was cold and everyone there was just mocking and laughing at him after he left. The girls are just sitting there laughing .

  I came up here because I was given a birthday reward and the management told me they no longer use the red app. That I had to download the new app he didn’t even wish me a happy birthday or say let me still honor your birthday reward and I had planned on buying a couple of more meals. There was no empathy at all, which I think is sad. They had just let me use that app last week and I get it things change, but the fact that he didn’t even apologize or say happy birthday. Let me take care of that for you that really turned me off so I will not be returning, which is sad because I’ve been coming there for over 20 years.
