  Linda has THE WORST customer service & she’s your “assistant manager” she can’t run your store at all. Sunday evening around 7pm i order through your drive thru, i drive up, pay $55, get my drinks & i wait. about 15-20 min go by & they come up to the window asking me what im waiting for. I say my food, they don’t know what im talking about apparently the food was already given out. i’m asked to pull out of the drive thru & go inside so it can be remade. I go inside & wait another 20 minutes. I was told it was being made. Young girl ask LINDA where the order is after a while & she says it was already made for the second time & it went out. I ask her where it went since i’m still waiting for it. LINDA says too bad i already made it twice im not making it again. I then ask for a refund & LINDA refuses. Refuses to make my food and/or give refund. Starts yelling & getting upset & starts telling me to take it up with corporate. i wasn’t the only customer in there wondering where there food was or saying their order was wrong. The two young kids & the red hair lady were doing the best they could while LINDA was scolding them the whole shift. Poor kids looks so uncomfortable working.

  Idk who is working here or who the manager is but they suck! He was giving customers attitude!! Customers complaining on wait times!! Employees are crying!! What kind of place is this the manager talks ugly to its employees!!

  Before order completed DST handed drinks, not what I ordered !! Then as given order handed over Sundays in bag then burgers & fries. Drove away from window NOTICED sundays melted. So pulled to side of front door. Called store and GSR says mgr in restroom!! So asked if could meet me outside to correct order again , GSR tells from door that says come inside!! I drove off. What’s the reason I’d need to go inside ? And her not. Come to check order? So I’ll contact bank establishment to dispute charge! It would have been a quick fix.. I’m wheelchair bond so in and out car not easy
