I’m not sure the name of the man running register this morning but I come in frequently and everytime he’s very kind, efficient and working hard! He goes a long way for his customer service and it shows!

Ordered my girlfriend a Oreo reces blizard and the girl working the counter said "I don't want to risk it" when she went to flip it because it was so melted. I got a banana split and it was melted when it was handed to me, I asked for strawberry and chocolate and I got two pieces of strawberry and a dot of chocolate on melted ice cream between a split banana.. biggest waste of $11 ever. Go somewhere else, I would give no stars if I could.

I ordered a peanut buster parfait. Its the saddest one I've ever seen. When I asked why there were no peanuts on the top, the girl just said "that's how me wake them". They wouldn't add the peanuts thay every other DQ in San Antonio does. They didn't give me a recipt at time of purchase. I'm not going back again. I shouldn't have to fight to get them to make an item the way its advertised.

Probably won't be back. I called this location before going over because I wanted to make sure they had bananas for banana splits before making my way over. Online it said Banana Splits were only available at certain locations, so I wanted to confirm which location they were and if that particular location made Banana Splits. The lady that answered the phone said, "Hello?" like she was answering a cell phone and not a place of work. I asked if I was calling Dairy Queen and she said, "Yeah...". And she hung up on me! I called back again and got hung up on again! Because it's the closest location to our home we risked it and said let's go check it out. It was pretty sketchy honestly. The crew that was working tonight was not interested in giving good service. The restaurant had dirty floors, the servers were unkempt, and they were moving as slow as molasses in the wintertime. We got a dipped cone, a banana split, and a Turtle Blizzard. When she handed me the Blizzard she didn't flip it over. I asked her if she was going to flip it over first? And she scoffed at me, and asked, "Do you really want me to flip it?!" So I asked her if she wanted to refund me and give me the free ice cream because I will gladly take it! Sorry but not sorry. Either care about your work or just don't show up. Anything worth doing is worth doing right. Either clean house or shut down this location. Byyyeee....
