  Last time coming here: I’m so SICK of Dr ing 15 mins to the closest Dq just for the workers to non compliant and always have an attitude. A gentleman was waiting forever to put his order in and everyone was ignoring him the new big girl approached him after him asking “can I please get some help” which she then replied “I DONT KNOW IM NEW HERE, can you?” In a very aggressive tone. RUDE. The gentlemen then proceeded to leave and said “you know what nevermind?” The previous time I came the workers were trying to fight customers and get into physical altercations. All over customers complaining about there orders being wrong. I’m so disgusted with this location and everyone working should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve been in the food industry this company has no idea what customer service is. I don’t see the big girl or anyone except a couple gentlemen doing anything ever.

  Got some real "thugs" working here lol there workers are such a joke all the guys think they can just can intimidate u with their bs I order a burger and I bite after paying a 1.00 extra for cheese and than see there was no cheese take it back than they just thru a bs slice of cheese and not remake it like they weren't wrong than watch u the entire time when eating what a joke if I wasn't w my family I would've really cause a scene to get there manager but of course he to busy thinking he Mr cool hahhahahah

  Make sure you ask when they changed the oil or the foods gonna taste nasty burnt up just nasty like such a shame I went as soon as they opened up so no reason my tenders should taste like old grease

  The place wasn't busy at 3:50pm. I had to wait a long time for a kids 2pc chicken meal to be ready. The food wasn't that great today. Usually the food is tasty but not today. The service also wasn't that great today.

  I had a great experience at Dairy Queen thanks to Tasha. She is incredibly good at her job—efficient, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable. On top of that, she was very kind and respectful, which made the visit feel welcoming and pleasant. It’s always refreshing to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. Tasha is a true asset to the team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Unfortunately, the food itself tasted burnt, and the rest of the staff on shift was unprofessional and rude (the girl with the teeth🦈), which took away from the overall experience. Customer service standards were inconsistent, but Tasha stood out in the best possible way and did everything she could to provide excellent service despite the issues.
