  They told me the only dipping sauce they have for tenders is gravy or ranch which is so stupid. I’ve been to several dairy queens and they all have bbq sauce and others for tenders so there’s no good reason this location doesn’t have sauces, also went through the drive through just to be told i need to wait in my car for them to bring my food. Waited like 15 minutes. Not very fast for fast food.

  Went there 4 weeks ago around 930pm went through drive thru lady taking orders very rude on speaker I believe her name was Christina...told her what I wanted and she tried to sell me something else and I told her I didn't want that repeated my order then she said i didn't say that I told her I did and she said no you didn't but really angry... I then asked her name and she told me also asked her if she was a managershe saidno too..so I called the same day and ask to speak to a manager they put me on hold then took maybe 10 mins to get to the phone sounded like the same person at the drive thru said she was the manager ...I tried to talk to her and this manager started yelling at me on the phone so I just hung up...now I doing this review to let you know how it is over there i don't want anything for free just better customer service I'll never go back there again and this was the closest dq to my work and home 😒

  Missy was so beyond rude and disrespectful, and unprofessional on the phone, before I even got to explain what was wrong with my order she immediately caught an attitude and was acting very condescending. It’s very disheartening to see such disrespect when I was being extremely respectful especially after waiting a long time to even get my order for it then to come wrong with onions which my boyfriend is mildly allergic to. At first I could not find my receipt and she treated me as if I was trying to pull one over on her. I told her that I would not lie for a hot dog and she just kept saying it’s policy and there’s nothing they could do about it. Here’s the thing I asked if she could reprint it for me and I could show her my bank statements. I get it if I don’t have the receipt and I’m trying to get a refund but I was willing to take the food back and get a new one but that was not an option. Once she started getting loud with me that’s when I knew I had to hang up the phone with her because that’s beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. Once I found my receipt i called back she made me wait a few minutes yet again to answer the phone and to top it all off she told me I had to bring back the receipt and the item TOMORROW. that’s not only 1.disgusting but 2. Unsafe. I’m beyond disappointed in my experience at this Dairy Queen. My tip is not to come to Dairy Queen and just stick to whataburger at least there they don’t treat you like a criminal when they mess your order up.

  Well I used to take my children not at this location. Had fond memories with them and our favorite place to go to. I did not finish my basket of steak fingers. they did not taste the same! Fries not the same. Well all I’m gonna say is why change it when it’s excellent already this was in 2019. Well tenders taste weird my husband did not eat it either he said they changed it. Well disappointed 😔 I know companies are trying make money and replace it with god knows what or change the recipe up .. but this is my taste opinion .. but yah!

  I went through the drive through with my family and the drive thru lady was very rude. Visit was at 6:00pm 1/24/26. While we were ordering she literally would repeat back something from left field no where near what I said I wanted, then they wanted to charge me extra because I wanted no ice in my drinks? LMAO, this place was an OG burger spot on Marbach, now it’s just a struggling restaurant that fills your cups up with 90% ice and can’t hear well 😂😂
