  I got a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard , i wanted it with out chocolate and they put chocolate, it was already melted by the time they handed it to me at the window.

  The Mgr and staff were so polite and attentive. When they weren't busy with customers, they were keeping the premises neat and clean. I so appreciate good customer service, great stories and pride in their work and work place. So rare these days. Keep up the good work you guys!

  How is it possible that their ice cream machine is not working? All my life I never thought this place would be like McDonald's. So upset with the drive thru!!

  They have the absolute best Peppermint Bark Blizzard I have ever tasted. Service was professionally friendly, mini cup size was perfect, cost was fair, store was clean on the inside. I will definitely take a drive back to this store.

  My family and I went to the drive thru at DQ to order a menu blizzard and a 4 piece steak basket. When I placed the order , I said a 4 piece steak basket and the little girl working there asked me if I wanted a 4 piece or 6 piece. I repeated 4 piece steak. When she repeated the order, my boyfriend heard her say chicken and I figured I could double check it at the window when she took the payment. It took almost 5 minutes before they came to take my payment, they even let cars behind me go which to me obviously meant they were already making my order so when the little girl finally came to the window, I asked her if she got the 4 piece steak order , she said no I got a 4 piece chicken. I corrected her and once again said 4 piece steak and then she cames back and said it will be a $.17 difference and then quoted me a higher amount. I asked her how can it be more when the 4 piece steak basket is only $8.79. Then she comes back with an attitude and tells me that I just said 6 piece chicken. She then goes to her manager and said that I keep changing the order. When the manager comes to the window, I explain to her exactly what happens and she said asked me if I agreed with her when she repeated the order at the menu. Apparently the manager had already made up her mind and was going to take her side, so I gave her back the blizzard and left them with the food they already made incorrectly. I am not going back to this Diary Queen ever again and I hope that they are not doing this to other customers.
