First time at chipotle with 4 children.
Mr, Ricardo made my experience one of a kind! I ordered a bowl and 4 build your own .he was patient and kind. He was proper with the portions. Made conversation and kept my children laughing as they were very unsteady due to long wait. This was several days ago but that experience will last a long time. I was having a typical bad day but he made it oh so much better. Asked about my day, My kids can’t stop talking about the chipotle man. lol
Asked him your a really good manager, he said he wasn’t, asked him why, he said” when the time is right maybe he will be, but at the moment as long as the customers are happy, thats all that matters!
I appreciate him! Great job chipotle .
Let’s start with saying I’ve been to this location 5 times.
Lines have been unpleasantly long and dreadful.
Certain workers don’t seem happy they are there and as if we are a burden. There is one worker tho which is why I’m giving this a 5 star review. His name is Rick or Richard . Beard and glasses. He literally is back and forth . He saw customers upset and took time to apologize, ask how we were doing, he was personable. While in line other customers were ecstatic he was working as they have been served or tendered by him previously.
I entered with a frown but left with a smile. I asked if he was a manager he said no, which I thought was strange. The way he presented himself and made sure us customers were taken care of . I’m a regular just because of Richard.

I love Chipotle! But this location was very stingy on the “protein” and didn’t acknowledge my presence. When I arrived, I just stood there like a chump for about five minutes waiting for somebody to either greet me or ask me what my order was going to be. When they finally asked me, Brick or Rick would talk so low I had to ask him a few times to repeat himself. When Rick (let’s assume that) he threw/tossed the chicken onto my burrito, I was a little taken aback at how stingy he was with the meat. I’ve never had them give me so little chicken in any location I’ve ever been to. When I got to the end of the line where the lettuce is in the metal container, it was the bottom of the barrel, and it looked like there was something brown at the bottom, and the guy scooped up the brown object with the rest of the lettuce he was about to put on my burrito so we had a discussion about that that took a few minutes to resolve. He should’ve just got a new container full of fresh lettuce. When I arrived home, I called back to ask to speak to the manager, I got the same guy on the phone. And he remembered me because as he put it “yes, I remember you, you were mouthing off to me“ because I told him that this was my first time at this location and I probably wouldn’t be back. So when I called back to speak to a manager and I get the same guy I already gave direct feedback to. I also pointed out that I had a hard time hearing him. As a retired military veteran, my hearing is not so great, that he needs to speak up when people ask him to repeat themselves and cup their ears. Don’t be disrespectful to your elders. I’ll stick to the Potranco location or the 1604 location near Chick-fil-A, they do a much better job. Hopefully this location will catch up with the awesome service I normally get from other locations. Don’t be stingy! Otherwise, I’ll just stick to In-N-Out Burger. Much better value.

I’m almost embarrassed to say how much money I’ve spent since they’ve opened. While some of the complaints may have some legitimacy I haven’t had any issues. Yes, sometimes the steak is raw. I simply just asked the manager (I think his name is Ricardo) to put it back on the grill and he does it without giving me a problem. So for now I will give them some grace since they’ve only been open for a few weeks.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! For a brand new restaurant I would expect good customer service, but oh boy was I wrong! First of all this is my first time EVER trying chipotle. I went through the drive thru and waited 8 MINUTES and was not even acknowledged. SARHA is the WORST, she saw me through the window and didn’t even acknowledge me, she kept making orders and I was patiently waiting because I can understand when it’s busy. But as time keep ticking and cars kept lining up, I beeped the horn, and IGNORED! I knock in the window after patiently waiting, and was still ignored. Sarah proceeds to open the window after 2 minutes later after taking her time to finish orders, and ask “what’s the name” not apologizing for the wait or anything. I’ve never been here so I did not know the drive thru it was for pick up only, she said “this is pick up only” I said ok and started to drive off, as she left the window open I hear her loud and proudly say “Don’t EVER knock on the window again”. I went inside to order and I told her “this was our first time at a chipotle and we did not know this was it’s a pick up window” She said “That was you!!!!!” all surprised as if she thought I wouldn’t come inside. She started arguing with me In front of customers and employees, claims to have said “please”, but she did not I heard hear loudly say it. She proceeded to argue with me, and one of her colleagues had to step in and tell her to go back to her station because she would not stop, and she was very LOUD!!!. I told her to “never be rude to the customers”, I don’t know why she’s working in customer service she has such crappy customer service skills. I asked to speak to a manager, and they said there’s no manager on duty, there should always be a manager on duty!!! Oh, and one more thing, the Asada Stake was RAW ON THE INSIDE!!! I WILL be calling Brandon Dial to report her, the field leader, she makes his restaurant look bad.
