    I ordered, among other things, three large orders of chips and queso to go. Apparently, when the cashier read back the order to me she read "chips and salsa." I said "yes," acknowledging the order, but not picking up on "salsa," versus "queso." No problem; mistakes happen. A few minutes after arriving home, I called the location and explained that my order did not include the queso. The employee answering the phone put me on hold, and another individual, presumably a manager, came on the line. She stated that she clearly heard "chips and salsa," to which I replied, "I said chips and salsa?" She responded with, "the cashier said chips and salsa, and you confirmed it. I tried to point out the folly of her arguing with me over such a trivial matter, but apparently, she was more concerned with winning an argument than pleasing a customer.

    I didn't want to write this review because Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat on the go. This location I've been to a few times now but always seems to be the same. It's absolutely filthy in the eating area and behind the counter. Things like the sour cream had corn salsa, cheese and lettuce on the top of it. Almost every choice was just covered with the condiments and other choices around it. I didn’t want the sour cream or other things I normally get because of how sloppy everything was. Almost every single table was dirty with food, trash and empty trays. The floor was covered with food and trash. 4 or 5 of the employees were standing at the front register area chatting and laughing the whole time I was eating my food. Probably would have not ate here because of how it was but unfortunately I was in a hurry and hungry. Hope someone can help and change this location.

    Went in tonight to grab some dinner and might I say the young women in the front were so kind and served me Great customer service. It was very cleaning inside as well and everything they had on display Looked very good and fresh. This is now my favorite Chipotle location.

    Brandon Dial Field Leader and Ashley Armas Delgado General Manager at this location are truly whats wrong with this location I wrote directly to both over a week ago and no response about how we entered the location and nobody but one David was working and juggling customers alone he took care of the drive thru, phone order, Uber Eats and new business try as he might to get the others who were in the back he handled all of the patrons in an expeditious and courteous manner to count 12 before the crew decided to join him and half heartedly engaged to line of patrons, and one of the girls on shift decided to help herself to some chicken and beans before ultimately making her own plate and leaving. As I stated David did a great job at handling a very one sided work situation( and before you put up a lame excuse like they were on break, its a shift change or they were handling company business you can stop there) There should be at least 3 people tending to the front. Some one for drive through and Uber Eats clients, a cook keeping fresh items and a counter person making orders that would be minimal. I always thought that customer service matters having spent over 40 years in the retail automotive industry but this apathy and disregard to service at this location from others including management is just sad. Nobody wants to step up and do the right thing least of all work as a team and handle business. I am certain your 3.2 Google star rating here is just and probably is higher than it should be but yet there it is. Thank you David for going above and beyond its nice to know you someone there cares as for the crew, management and upper management all I can do is Shake my head and say it's because of you my business will no longer go to your store and if you don't see the error of how you handled and responded to a customer with silence, you don't deserve to be with this organization which has fought hard through out the years to turn their reputation around. My question is 'Do you even Care?"

    Very unscrupulous to charge MORE than posted prices. When asked, they say the prices have gone up and they are waiting on new menu boards to come in. Okay, then you don't start charging more until the new menu boards come in. 3 of the 4 items we bought rang up HIGHER than the menu says. ☹️ There is a reason you can't find a Chipotle with a 4+ Google review these days. Corporate needs to start paying attention.
