It is 11am and they are not ready to take orders. This is the 4th time I've come on my lunch break and have to wait. The store opens at 10:45am so disappointed. I've talked with the manager the 2nd time this happen and still no improvement. This will be the last time I come to this location. I am done waiting.

They had basically ran out of every kind of meat except chicken and told customers it would be a 10 minute wait for any other meat but no meat was being made on the grill. They had very little veggies and condiments on the line and when I asked for lettuce they said they had ran out, when I could see a worker actively chopping lettuce, so I said I would wait for it. They proceeded to give me a side of lettuce from the drive thru stations, so apparently they weren't out just didn't want to walk a few steps to get it. Customer service at this location needs desperately evaluated. After seeing previous reviews I now understand the 3 star rating.
