There were 5 people on shift just standing around doing nothing. We weren’t the only people told to wait as they turned 2 other people away. Worst service ever!!!

I used to work at chipotle in college station, so I feel like i have a different perspective than most customers. I usually can tell when the rice has good amounts of salt and citrus juice (you may not think this makes a difference, but it really affects the flavor of the bowl). This place always has good tasting food and is usually pretty quick. I have found that most chipotle's give you small portions but I drive an extra couple of miles to this one over another location because of their portioning. Overall, this is my favorite location. Keep it up guys!

During peak hours there should never be a food shortage with customers wrapping around the store or people standing in line outside on the sidewalk. A little planning for peak hours where customers most frequently visit during, would instantly turn this 2.8 star review restaurant around.

Our server was friendly and ensured we got hot & fresh ingredients. She did NOT PLAY or skimp on the portion size. I ate about half of mine yesterday & saved the rest for lunch today. I filled up an entire bowl at home & I somehow still have leftovers. So god bless her! 🙌 My only complaint is that It was almost $40 for two bowls & 2 drinks. Thats crazy. But the leftovers made me feel better about the price tag.
