  So I walk into thus establishment was not greeted stood at the front for about 5 minutes till I walked asked by "Lorena" what I needed with an attitude I instantly felt bad vibes so I kindly asked how her day was goin amd she snapped back very rudely. Love the food love the concept but that lady was very rude and I come to Chipotle for great customer service amd that definitely wasn't it.

  I visited here the morning of 02/25/26 at 11am. My son and I walked into this Chipotle location before the lunch rush. Upon arrival, I told the staff I needed 3 bowls and one order of tacos. The second lady standing there ignored us and was doing something under the counter with paper products. So a young lady tasked with making bowls helped us. Since the first lady clearly (middle 40s, thin,mexican lady with an attitude.) wasn't interested. At this time no other customers were at the counter so I figured, the girl that was making the bowls would jump to making the tacos after. Just my luck...a few customers jumped in line. Of course, after the young lady finished making the bowls, I reminded her of the tacos. She very confused asked the older lady about my son's tacos. With an attitude, the older lady looks at the younger lady and says..."he didn't ask me for tacos!!" In the end after being shot nasty looks by this chick. She made the damn tacos. Management you need to have a talk with your employees about how to speak to people. It is not our fault as customers, that the ball was dropped. It was your staffs! Looks like customer care training is in the staffs future. P.S. The food was good today.

  I love this chipotle. They have the great food they take their time to cook everything good it’s really delicious. They just opened not too long back. I like this one compared to some of the other ones I’ve been to or some of the customers get treated like crap by the employees cause they don’t care these employees didn’t like they are more enjoyable of their job. I like to help and get you your food and do it right so it definitely will go back to this place again and again thank you for your service to the customers.

  Great dinner!! They were quite busy with new not much white rice so I asked Mariah if I could wait? She gladly said Yes! They asked me the toppings so I wouldn’t have to wait again. By the time I knew it my chipotle was served hot and ready. Thank you Mariah and your team, I really appreciate you making my dinner DELICIOUS!

  I see a lot of bad reviews but maybe it was just because people order online. I went there today with my family and Service was fast and efficient and very friendly. My biggest issue with this specific store is that you aren’t able to tip the young lady who made my families order was working very hard and deserved a tip but you could only do cash. I hope the owner reads this review and makes the adjustment because I like many others don’t carry cash.
