- FJFanesha Lashay JonesNov 17, 20252.0Customer service is key to this type of business. In my opinion, they deserve an "F". No name tags so I can't call them out. A guy and some female at the cutting bored. Obviously being at work was distracting their day. On my 30 minute break went in. Not a single person greeted me. They looked at me and walked away when they came back, they continued to ignore me, even after I asked was someone going to help me. They looked at me like I was crazy Can't blame them, it's management fault. Their fault for choosing to hire people who's only motivation to work is a paycheck. Managments fault for not properly training them in customer service. Managments fault because there was obviously no management anywhere on site supervising their crew. Which goes to prove.. managments fault .Let's not talk about the mess the place was in. They need to fire and rehire the whole crew. They look miserable and walk around touching everything without changing gloves and washing hands. Will NOT be going back there ever again. For what they charge you would think they would do much much better. What a waste of my hard earned $20.00

Which means there is bad management here, someone needs to go fired.. the workers seem like they miserable working there too.. Almost forgot to mention that they had a paper written saying they had no sour cream or small flour tortillas.
