I ordered a burrito with the chicken al pastor, rice, beans, cheese, lettuce and salsa. 2 small drinks and our total was 40 dollars. Once I received my receipt I realized we had been charged for double meat and double wrap on both. Neither was asked for. I was supposedly refunded a total of $4.44 but that is nowhere close to what was owed. I cannot duplicate the order online to total that amount no matter how I do it. The gentleman at the register who I assume was a manager of some sort had an accent, he was rude beyond the point of trying to explain what happened. To top it off my daughter's bowl didn't have any beans at all. Just absolutely the worst experience we've had and had we not been living in a hotel waiting for our house to be ready we would have gone home and cooked. We will not be visiting this location again if we even go to Chipotle.

One customer was in line and at least 5 employees. And after reading previous comments, an inspector is definitely warranted and needs an entire new staff or shut down. Not recommending nor coming back.
