While we waited for the back to finish multiple orders the entire front staff sat there holding a personal conversation the entire time instead of attempting to speed things up so we didn’t have to wait as long. This happens every time and quite frankly I’m done come here and anywhere else that is being ran by a bunch of teenagers.

- ABAaron Braswell4 days ago1.0I never leave bad reviews, even when I have a poor experience, because I try to be forgiving and give them the benefit of the doubt that it’s just a one time issue or situation. But, this Chipotle has consistently had issues at dinner time having enough chicken, steak, and other items when they are at their busiest. I don’t understand how this happens between 5:00-7:00 PM almost every time I’ve visited over the past year. The food is fine, but I end up waiting an extra 30 minutes or more because they’re out of something. It’s happened when I go inside and when I’ve ordered ahead for the drive through, and there just must be a breakdown in leadership or communication for this to happen so often. If you are running low on chicken (probably the most popular item) there should be chicken being prepped. It is not that hard. I would love it if management would address this, and if it gets fixed I’ll delete this review.

The sticker on the bowl literally says its supposed to be a burrito so im confused on how that even happened lol. As for the chips, the sticker is on the bag saying we ordered chips so also not sure how they messed that up. Then we found a hair in one of the bowls on top of that lmao. My point is, if youre going to place an online order from this location , make sure you check your order before you leave because they clearly dont
