I couldn’t eat any of the bowl. Today I went back to ask for help with the order, but the experience was very bad. One employee refused to help me, saying that this is always the cooking point, which is not true since I eat this dish often. On top of that, the treatment was unprofessional and rude, stating that they never make mistakes and that everything they do is perfect, leaving the customer as the one at fault. Very disappointing experience. It feels like the customer always ends up being the one affected here.
