AI is really killing the customer service experience, now we can’t even call the restaurant to talk to crew to request/change/ modify anything or even a general customer service agent? You get to speak to AI who just hangs up on you if your request is not the standard. If you place order at the wrong place AI won’t help unless a new order is already in the system, if you want to talk to someone to ask questions they won’t connect you unless it’s specific to whatever they were programmed for. Very upset about this, I was trying to talk to someone about my order bc I wanted to support a fundraising event for local school district and forgot to add the code. So I wanted to talk to someone to see if I should cancel and replace or if they could add the code for me but AI got in the way. I will not be purchasing anything from chipotle going forward their food is not even that good and it’s very overpriced.

Almost every table was dirty. Seems like a common problem at the Chipotle at 1604 and Blanca. Even seats and benches had food on them and trash on the floors. As families were coming in, they had to clean their own table to sit down and we did the same.

I love chipotle and this chipotle fills the bowls up. The guy serving behind the counter was quick and efficient. There were only 2 people (server and then cashier) on the main line then one cook and one girl doing to go. That team is efficient!!

If i could put 0 stars i would. FIRST OF ALL , you can’t order a normal size quesadilla in person only online so it’s basically a taco they call a quesadilla. SECOND OF ALL don’t get me started on the manager stacie absolutely rude she speaks very aggressively and online for the cheese only quesadilla it says “include guacamole” so i asked and she turns to the host and says “JUST GIVE HER GUAC” after they told me it doesn’t come with it when it clearly does. So they gave it to me and they couldn’t even hand it in my hand. she slides the guac across the counter causing it to almost fall on my clothes. THRID OF ALL the customer service wasn’t there. the boys in the front couldn’t even serve a smile and the host bella was rude herself. the chicken took 10 minutes so we waited overall all bad experience and they shouted to us while sitting down “ITS DONE”. you can’t walk to me and say it. I worked in customer service fast food for 4 years and i know the expectations for these things. never again coming here
