How do you not have food and drink when your business is providing food and drink? So I had to get steak. Do you think they offered to let me pay the chicken price even though I didn’t have a choice? Did they tell me they were out of Coke before I bought a drink?

Got the order payed for it and as they were bagging the food a big brown cockroach came out by the food. And the staff did not do anything. My wife is vegetarian and when we opens the bowl there was steak everywhere mixed with the veggies.
