- AAAlyssa4 days ago1.0Ordered through the app yesterday, asked for extra rice bc I don’t get beans. Super simple bowl. The girl working the online orders decided to put the thinnest layer of rice, not even the portion for a normal amount of rice, let alone extra. Drive all the way home. Open my bowl, put my fork in it and investigate further, even pushed it the side to confirm the contents only filled half the bowl. Drove all the way back, and this girl has the nerve to say to my face that I ate the bowl. She straight up said “yeah cause you ate it”, knowing I didn’t even get to eat a single bite of this bowl, because I have good character and I would never try to scam anybody, cause I have no reason to. The manager who was laughing in the back with her, should really set a better example for these kids cause you will find out one day. Someone is always having a worse day than you, and jabbing someone’s character, saying they’re lying, disrespecting them and then laughing in their face could cost you. Do better and carry yourself better. Not everyone wants free stuff, and I’m pretty sure that girl is the one who made my bowl, so I don’t know how she dosent remember skimping it like crazy, and then gaslighting me. Insane. Took me everything not to react how I wanted to. Hope someone checks her.

And it seems like she's not listening. I've had to say three different times that I wanted pinto Beans basically I kept repeating myself more than once I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or if she just was not listening. But whatever she was super slow. And I don't like repeating myself. Also, why does chipotle always give out a pissant amount of meat? And if you ask for more, you get told it would be charged double i like chipotle but jeez

At the other restaurants I go to- I can never even finish half and I literally killed the entire chicken bowl.. that’s how small it was smh the add ons were gross/cold. Didn’t even have peppers or nothing to put on it. The guy just kept telling us they didn’t have anymore… didn’t have anything fresh, or any- of anything, besides chicken to put on the bowl lol… all we had to pick from was Literally lettuce, salsa and old beans 🤦🏽♀️😂😮💨
