  The staff was very sweet and great, but the manager was giving passive aggressive. I always get a hard time when I order the chicken quesadilla kids meal here. I dont understand the difference between scraping out my chicken from my quesadilla or ordering it on the side, when my quesadilla has just cheese. Therefore there is no need to charge an extra 3.75. I understand paying 5.41 for the meal but the extra charge total coming out to $9.70 is unnecessary? I haven’t had problems at any other chipotle as well just as a reference.

  The customer service isn’t the best. The lady who was helping the cashier was disrespectful and demeaning towards my friend and I. She overcharged us for a kids meal and was aggressive while explaining why she did. The kids meal is supposed to be 5 dollars and she charged us 10 because we got ‘chicken on the side’ when the kids meal actively comes with a protein choice. I’ve NEVER had this problem at any other chipotle I’ve been to. Then she proceeded to charge me the wrong thing and glared at me, gave me an attitude and said things in Spanish under her breath when I asked the cashier to fix it. She needs to be put in the back since clearly she doesn’t know how to interact with customers appropriately.

  No reason to order through the app and not get the full portion of proteins when you’re paying for it. 35 dollars after tax and tip, for two full sized separate proteins in a bowl and it’s like I got half of each. If the meats were separated it would be like as if they scooped each one with a spoon like are we deadass💀What even is the point of paying that amount if you’re gonna get shorted

  Constantly out of meats, long waits and dirty food areas. I have been to this location twice and I'm not impressed. I am a Chipotle lover and this is the closest to one of my jobs and I've gone there twice and both times they were out of most Meats they only had one or two available. Food area was dirty it's not Chipotle standard

  3rd time we have been here and 3 time the line was all the way to the front door. I’m not an expert, but if I saw I along line and see that I’m running low on chicken, and other items that need to be cooked. I’d call out “hey long line were low on this and that protein drop some more” waited in line for 26 minutes by the time we could order there was 6 people in front of us. When we got there they tell us there is nothing and for us to go to the one on bandera because “by the time they cook chicken it will be 30 -45 minutes!” Why is it always this location. Then to be told it’s going to be 45 minutes before we restock do with that information what you will. So damn rude never going here again I’ve seen other locations with lines out the door and I’ve been in line at the end got out in under 20 minutes which is excellent speed of service and the staff was more than accommodating and nice. Do not reccomend this I try to give everything like 3 tries before I write a review and this was just the last time I’ll ever visit this location again.
