The female employee with the dyed Afro in a ponytail has issues. Miserable and hates her job. Every single time I come into this location and she’s working, it never fails she’s rude and looks miserable in the face. Today was probably the 5th or 6th time I’ve had a negative experience with this employee. I’ve let it slide a handful of times. I’ve come here for a while now as my office is down the street. I frequent this location at least 5 times a week for lunch or dinner and she’s the only employee who acts this way. Everyone else especially the crew working during the day are always great. Today the experience started as it always does when this girl is working. Unapproachable, unfriendly, and looks miserable. Never smiles, and acts as if she works in the cafeteria at the bexar county jail, And no it’s not just her face, she is a rude and unhappy person and it’s obvious. An item was out on the line and kindly I asked her about how long she thought it would be for the item that was out. She rolled her eyes and turned around, very awkwardly, was speaking to the cooks, she came back to the line and was just staring at me, so I repeated myself and said “so do you know about how long” and the face was as if she was inconvenienced because she had to do her job. She rolled her eyes once again, and said “I don’t know 5-10 minutes” I paused because I was really trying to be patient. I then told her , “don’t worry about it I’ll take pinto, so I don’t frustrate you further.” Then the cook told her no we have black beans right here and she again seemed put out that she had to changed the pans of beans. She pushed my bowl to the next employee who is always friendly. I will never understand why people like her continue to work somewhere they hate to be. If I was the manager of this store, I would put her in the back of the store where paying customers do not need to tolerate her attitude. I would also encourage her to find a job elsewhere. No one forced her to work at chipotle, not me, not any of the other customers she’s rude to.

This employee is flat out rude and disrespectful. She has 10 bowls and keeps asking what people want on their bowl and we can’t even see our options. Definitely going to avoid this Chipotle when able to.

Used to frequent this location a lot. Not many in this location after 12 noon, got right in line and ordered. First off almost no rice. Fine I can do without it, but really should have some back ups. Second, while our burrito bowls were being made, not sure if she was the manager or what, but she stopped the guy who was preparing our bowls to let him and everyone else know about his schedule change that clearly distracted him and he was very upset about. Ma'am, that was not the time to inform him. Or the appropriate way to go about it. I could have been someone trying to get my lunch order that had to return to work in ten minutes. Unprofessional and too damn expensive to have to wait to hear about schedule changes while a bowl is being prepared. Do better. Be better!

Today I came into chipotle after my work shift. I ordered my usual bowl and got to the register praying that the Chimichuri sauce was still stocked. Thankfully a worker named Sue checked the back to see if they had any extra for me. She was extremely kind and helped me out so much during my experience. I really hope this note gets back to her and I hope management gives her some recognition, because you don’t get that kind of service in today’s world. Thank you so much Sue, I’m looking forward to seeing you again!
