  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. They close at 11 PM, and we walked in at 9:20 PM — well before closing — but you would have thought they were already shut down. They were completely out of steak, green sauce, and vegetables. It felt like they had already decided to stop serving half the menu almost two hours early. On top of that, the staff had terrible attitudes. My pregnant wife was with me, and the employees were giving her uncomfortable looks the entire time. It made the whole experience feel hostile and unwelcoming. We sat near the drink station, and around 9:30 they started pulling the sweet teas and other drinks back into the kitchen like they were rushing to close. If you close at 11, customers who come in before 10 PM shouldn’t feel like they’re inconveniencing you. Very uncomfortable environment, poor customer service, and clearly not prepared to serve customers during posted business hours. Definitely not what you expect from Chipotle.

  So I have to admit I went in 15 minutes before closing. Worked an 11 hr day so really just wanted chipotle for dinner. I walked in and they were cleaning up which I get. But not a “I’ll be right with you” or nothing. Lady working the line came over to me and asked me what I wanted and started serving. Asked her for the new pastor chicken she then told me they were out, asked for pico she told me they were out. I asked even in the drive through line? And she said “yup” then another worker comes to start putting food from the drive through line onto the main line and guess what he was putting?! The same things she said they were out of. Chipotles slogan maybe “food with integrity” but their employees don’t hold that same motto. All because she didn’t want to walk the 20 feet to check the other line.

  Sat in the chipotlane for 20 minutes. 3 cars in front of me. First two left rather quickly. 3rd car clearly came before his food was ready and they let him sit there for almost 15 minutes before myself and the guy behind me left the line to go get our food inside. My food had been ready for over 20 minutes and was cold at this point. If their food isn’t ready send them to loop the building or park and watch the app to get back in line, don’t make everyone else wait. Absolutely ridiculous. The girl at the register inside was super sweet and apologetic while they yelled at her from the back “we’re busy!” I just want my food and preferably hot. I get being busy but let’s use a little critical thinking here if he’s down the line in your orders.

  This place is extremely unhygienic. On multiple occasions I have observed the employees serving food after touching the trash can by the sink and without washing their hands. They touch the trash can and put some very thin gloves on and then serve you food. They do not wash their hands in between. Not sure whats the purpose of gloves if they are touching them with unclean hands. I have never seen this in other Chipotle locations. Please avoid this location.

  I watched the staff hand my order to an Uber driver right in front of me while I was standing in the pickup line. The driver was ahead of me, and they still gave my food away. The Uber driver left the building with my order, and only after I spoke up did the staff run after them and take the bag back. Instead of remaking the order, they handed me food that had already left the store, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns. The team member I dealt with was rude, incompetent, and even questioned whether the order was actually mine, even though this was clearly their mistake. After all of that, I tried to redeem my birthday reward for free guac, but they refused, even after I waited in line again. Being told no after everything that had already happened felt disrespectful and frustrating. This location seriously needs better training, accountability, and customer service. I will not be returning.
