  Went to Walmart to buy a Christmas Card. Was waiting for my husband as he was parking vehicle. I was right in front of Carley’s so I decided to order Buffalo no bone chicken. I’m a disabled vet with right leg amputee female SFC. While waiting for husband I opened box and looked for a fork to try chicken. At that time the to go container ripped and chicken and fries fell to floor. My husband came in and started picking up the food off the floor. I thought the boys who were working would replace food that was on floor. They ignored me and said I would have to pay for another order. This happened on December 15 th, 2025 at around 330 pm. My husband and myself were in the food service industry for over 30 years. Extremely disappointed in your hospitality. I never write a review but hope you train your employees to address this problem. Especially with disabled customers.

  An employee named Francy was very kind to my sister and I who were struggling to decide our orders. She also checked in on us as we were dining in and was so sweet. I could really tell she loved people and she is a great person.
