  Person cooking has been touching her hair and wiping her sweat with her shirt and did not replace gloves. Took really long and the portion of the meat was so tiny. I should not have trusted a walmart branch

  Very rude staff working here, especially the lady who works in the kitchen. Heard her make a comment about if people don’t like their service here then the customers can go eat at home or something along those lines. Then she had the nerve to throw my sandwich on the table and say here you go. Didn’t even ask if we needed anything else and then stormed off back into the kitchen. The other lady at the cash register was a lot nicer but she looks like she hates her job also lol I went and bought an extra drink and she’s like did I forget to give you a drink? I said no I’m just buying an extra one. It sucks to be in your 40s-50s still working a shitty sandwich job for $8 an hour, but that’s not the customer’s fault.

  Order 2 meals with a watermelon lemonade and a peach lemonade while waiting for my order I tried the my lemonade what was supposed to be watermelon which turned out to be strawberry WHICH I AM ALLERGIC TO she didn’t not mention that there was strawberry in it when she listed what lemonades the had . The woman at the register had no sense of urgency when i expressed that i am allergic and said “ill fix it in a minute “ which that is fine but the “you can throw it away over there” and “i guess ill fix it now” comment weren’t needed and on top of that the meal itself the fries were old as if the scraped up the last bit with all the salt at the bottom and put them in the containers very disappointed.

  A day before I’ve been to the SCHACK, I got 4 cheese Philly steak. The quantity of meat, the taste, the service and the cleanings were amazing. Today, I went to this Charley’s inside of Walmart. The sandwich is half empty, the place is so dirty and everything is really frustrating. Not recommended!!!

  Always enjoyed the food till today. Ordered the Large Old School which is suppose to have double meat. The picture shows single meat. My wife ordered Wings & Cheese fries. Both the Fries & Chicken under cooked. If you order to go Best to check your food. That was my fault but serving under cooked food & not made to order was theirs.
