  I love this digital kitchen! I like being able to just pick up and go. The staff is always helpful when you do need something too

  This concept of a digital kitchen is such nonsense—seems like something some consultant came up with to make cava more money by making the customer experience. Food was as expected but the place took longer, gave smaller portions, and had no human interaction all while costing the same.

  So Kelly is the manager here at this location and she’s actually really awesome. If you have any questions ask her she’ll help you out with no problem and she’s a very good person. She laughs with you and I think her people skills are just completely overpowered lol that’s a good thing. She made my order and it’s delicious thank you, Kelly and thank you Cava 😊

  The food is certainly above average though a bit oily. The whole atmosphere and experience of ordering was mind-numbingly horrible. There is no register. If you want to pay cash or even order in person at all. You have to go through their website or through their app both of which includes giving them your credit card information because they do not accept Google pay. I also was forced to create an account even to order. I could not order as a guest. They offer no fountain drinks. I will be deleting my account and not returning.
