When we got to the register my order was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be, and the bag was small and light for supposedly having two pitas in it. Turns out, the cashier gave one of the items in our order to the customer that was rung up before us (not sure if he charged them extra for it). This is where the confusion began. I asked about the second pita that was ordered and the cashier seemed lost. Finally I realized he gave that pita to the other customer. I explained I had ordered two pitas, and the cashier, still looking confused, said he'd have another one made. So, again, I ordered a harissa avocado pita. The cashier then tells the employees prepping the food that I ordered a spicy chicken avocado pita, which was wrong. I corrected him and said I ordered a harissa avocado pita. Meanwhile, the line is getting longer and longer and we are stuck at the register, everyone else is waiting on us. The other employees get around to remaking the 'lost' pita, so they ask the cashier if I ordered a spicy chicken avocado pita and he says YES. Goodness gracious, that is NOT what I ordered. Again, I correct them and said it was a harissa avocado pita I wanted. After a painful order process that should've been simple, we got out to-go order and left. What a headache.
