CAVA never misses. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy. I love how customizable everything is, and the staff(All of them) is consistently friendly and efficient even during busy times. It’s my go-to when I want something quick but still delicious and high quality.

Ordered online. Went in to pickup my bowl and my order was not there so I asked what seemed to be the manager… he picks my order slip from the table and says “oh here it is, one moment let me made it real quick” (mind you it’s not busy. One employee is talking it up with one of his friends who came in and another is making herself a bowl and eating) as he’s making it he asks one of the employees if there’s lentils and the employee says no. I ask for refund because at this point I’m disappointed with the service. He directs me cava support and doesn’t refund me, so I’m stuck waiting for support to get back to me. This is my first bad review EVER, I’m just disappointed…

Been to this location twice and service is always GREAT! My daughter and I went today and got bowls. Everything was fresh and delicious the guy helping us out was in such a great mood and very welcoming! Will definitely be back to this location.

If I could give negative stars I would. I only came because Sweet Green was closed and was told cava would be better. I entered into the store before 8:45 PM more than an hour before closing. When looking over the menu i asked for just a moment stating it was my first time and the young man behind the counter let out a sigh and walked away. He then came back and rushed me through the entire process…I couldn’t even make out everything I wanted before him rushing me down the to the register. Mind you, there were no other customers and 3-4 other employees. Once I get to the register he doesn’t even tell me my total before asking cash or card. I say card and he literally walked away and never came back. No receipt, no confirmation my payment went through, and 0 customer service. The food was flavorless and the drink was just green water. The only reason I could have possibly thought of that the service was so poor and the kid was in such a rush is because he had explosive diarrhea. Absolutely will never return again.
