The restaurant was dirty. The vegetable containers were low to no food in them. The workers look like they hate their lives. Not a great experience. The meat has been sitting out for a good while. Hopefully other locations are better.

I’ve had two incidents at this location and both have to do with the service. Today’s incident involved the person making my bowl. Apparently the portions have changed without me knowing after 3 years because they were all very small. When I looked at my bowl asking for double of the topping, it was smaller than a regular sized bowl. I’m not sure where they skimmed but the protein and definitely the toppings. The guy making my bowl looked so annoyed the whole time and I honestly didn’t want to make it worse until I saw how small my bowl was. I wish I took a picture but I forgot. I mentioned “not gonna lie, this bowl looks smaller than usual” to which he replied, “have a good day ma’am”. As we all know, it’s not what you say but how you say it. His tone really ticked me off. I opened my bowl and saw that there was definitely smaller portions than usual. I went up to ask to see what a portion of protein really looked like and compared my bowl to another customers and from just looking at it, I could see there was a difference. Protein, okay, so the scoop was small, but the veggies? Asking double means a bigger portion. This person didn’t even try and on top of was rude when I mentioned it looked small. They asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said yes. I don’t like paying a full price for a smaller portion. At this point I was super annoyed seeing that a male customer had a regular portion with no problem. I was really annoyed when the manager told me I didn’t need to be rude when I was clearly already upset. I told her I was giving back what I received by her employee. The manager refunded my bowl. My drink I redeemed with points and I told her I wanted to pay for the pita chips. If the portions have changed then the price point is too high but it’s the sheer lack of respect they show when you mention the issue that really got me. Had the employee listened and done their job correctly the first time, I wouldn’t have had to self advocate so much. There also isn’t handicap parking at this location.

Great food. There's the guy with a catholic cross tat, a young professional lady with blonde are the best chef and server. Look at the delish cava.

Ordered delivery, food was good. Although it would have been better if they remembered the 2 vinaigrette dressing I ordered. So I ate a dry salad 🙄 also no utensils were given. I can’t even blame the delivery service because the food is bagged and sealed by CAVA. Go in store to make sure your order is correct.
