When we were seated, it took about 5–10 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink order. By the time she arrived, we had already looked over the menu and were ready to order our food as well. I mentioned that since we’d been waiting a bit, we already knew what we wanted. The food itself tasted good, but unfortunately none of our dishes were hot when they came out, which was disappointing given the price point. Toward the end of the meal, there was also a long wait to receive our check and to pay, which made the experience feel drawn out. Overall, the food quality was decent, but the slow service and temperature of the food took away from what could have been a better experience. Hoping this was just an off day, as we usually expect more consistency from Carrabba’s.

The hostess also had a bad attitude, and at the very least, she could have seated us with someone who would provide proper service. It’s a shame that such a good place is affected by poor service and lack of attention.

He took the extra time to make sure we were taken care of and came back later to check on us again. Thank you for making our Christmas Eve dinner special, once again.

From beginning to end, the ambience, the Fresh Bread with their one of a kind dipping oil over their special seasoning, their specialty plates like their Pollo Rosa Maria, and Spaghetti and Meatballs. THE BEST SERVICE "ALWAYS". We dine in, pick up and have it delivered. NEVER DISSAPOINTED.
