  It took just under half an hour to get my food and it wasn't busy at the moment. I had to remind the bar tender to check on the food. When it got there, the Philly bread was charred and the meat/cheese was cold in the center. The remake was better, but this wasn't the first time my food was forgotten about. Very disappointing, and they don't bother to credit you in any kind of way.

  Only plus about this place is the atmosphere. The service was horrible. Very slow and the order was wrong. My son in law ended up canceling his order as it was wrong. My fries were somewhat stale. I didn't put a star on the service as it was horrid. Only two ppl were waiting tables, took forever for us to place our order and then it was wrong. Management was nowhere in sight. My burger was good but that's the only thing that was okay

  Had a placed order online it was ready when I got there it was sitting behind the counter for 15 to 20 min. Before they got arround to helping me i tried to get there attention repeatedly they ignored me then when the manger got around to me she argued with me saying I need to be patient and wait behind the counter I was in between desperately trying to get some one attention they were not that busy when I got there it was maybe a like 10 people eating there at the time management is rude and argumentative.

  The wait is ridiculous. I ordered online and purposely took my time driving over so my order would be ready. It ended up taking almost an hour for my food to come out. I was repeatedly told “6 minutes,” which turned into another 15 minutes on top of the original 45. When I asked again, I was told they were about to take out the wings. Finally, when I received my order, the food was cold. To make it worse, the order wasn’t even large, just 20 wings with fries and one small cauliflower.

  Went in here lastnight to get some wins and I haven’t been to this place in years and I won’t be going back. There was no one in there we got sat down right away then no one came to us for about 20 mins there was a waitress that waited on ppl right next to us but nothing was said to us. We were about to go to 54th when our waitress came out and said she was in the bathroom and nobody told her she had a table so then we ordered drinks, water with lemon and margarita. She comes back and says there’s no margarita. She comes back about 15 minutes later for us to order food, we order our food then she comes back and says there’s no beef for the Philly cheesesteak. There’s only chicken. At this point I really wanted to leave. my guy ordered chicken strips and fries. I got 10 wings and fries. My fries had no seasoning they weren’t hot so I sent those back. My wings were overcooked and not hot.I will never go there again. the service was horrible. The wait was long for an empty restaurant and the food wasn’t good. So many other great places to get good food in this city
