  Food good but because of the freezing AC I couldn't finished my meal. My hands and food went so cold half way through i took it home and reheated. Simone our waitress was very polite and efficient, nothing too much trouble. Ladies toliet needed cleaning, refreshing and had an odour. Dated paint work. N I wont be back until they put some heating on or lower the AC.

  Went there last night for the Tuesday special and I ended up waiting 1 hour for nothing we decided to leave !! All tables empty besides the party tables , I asked one of the employes if we can put 2 tables together for make it bigger cause they were all empty , they said they weren’t allowed to do it 😂😂hadn’t heard that in another restaurant ,and they was literally 2 waitresses for a busy day very unprofessional!!

  I honestly would never return to any Buffalo Wild Wings ever again with the services that I have gotten tonight. Literally you’re paying $14 for nothing. The fries that they give you are literally like five fries not even a handful of fries. It was like a slap in the face if I’m paying $14 for a meal, I expect to be full off of that meal and they literally gave me zero fries. I’m gonna have to take fries from other family members and that sounds funny but it’s legit $14 for nothing literally nothing. .. And then on top of that, the kids’s meals are eight dollars a pop when they’re literally nothing… It’s ridiculous and of course I have a gift card that I have to use or I’m gonna be losing money.. But I will never use my personal money ever again on Buffalo Wild Wings.. Oh, and then on top of that, there are restrictions with using their rewards. Technically, the kids meal is not a meal even though it’s eight dollars per meal… How is that not a normal meal explain please maybe… And then I get there I drive 20 minutes to the Buffalo wild wings. My food isn’t even ready when it’s supposed to be ready at 9:10 and I had to wait another 15 minutes for it and I almost walked Without a quarter of my food, I had to acknowledge somebody to fix it.. And then in the staff will walk right by you as well like you’re invisible.. so now an easy night that was supposed to be a night out for three people I’m gonna have to still cook food once I get home.. So you Customer buffalo wild wings that is for sure..

  Really bad experience , they are short on staff and I waited around 1 hour even when the tables we’re empty !!! We told them if they can put 2 tables together cause pretty much all of them were empty and dirty so they said they are not allowed to move the tables that is just ridiculous .

  This Buffalo Wild Wings location is really dedicated to the customer experience. Great food, fast friendly service that keeps you topped up. They even switched the restaurant's audio from music to the Spurs game, which everyone loved. And when there was a mixup with my bill during checkout, the staff quickly fixed it and then some to make sure my party felt satisfied. 5 stars to my server and the night management!
