- RLRaza Life4 days ago1.0Im beyond disappointed with the service. Arrived at 7 pm and got our food 1 hr and 20 minutes later! We saw people come and go way after we arrived! When I asked for the manager " Clarissa " or whatever her name is came to the table with the worst attitude! She wss acting like it was my fault our food came in very late! Not to mention that I got my food 18 minutes before my other party! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING! AND I WILL TAKE THIS AS FAR AS IT CAN GO! NO MANAGER SHOULD TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IN A DISRESPECTFUL AND CONDESCENDING MANNER! SHE DISRESPECTED THE WRONG PERSON!!!! AND THE OWNER RESPONDS THEN DELETES THE MESSAGE??? IM STILL CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE! SHAME ON THIS ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT!

Then appearing out of nowhere a employee with the first name of Ted was getting ready to log out for the night but took the time out of his day to ask how he could help and he made sure I got taken care of before he left for the night. Did not even get a chance to thank him and let him know how grateful and appreciative I was of him and the help he provided. SO MR TED HEAR ME ROAR YELLING OUT A VERY LOUD THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH!!!!!!!!
