  Food was ready for pickup at specified time. Staff was helpful. Sadly, a few of the wings still had feathers on them. We were grossed out. Check your food before leaving the restaurant.

  Today was the first day going out to eat in a restaurant with my mom, and wow we were not disappointed one bit. I will admit the food is a little pricey, but the flavor on there are spot on. I would have to say our server was the best. She constantly checked up on us, and everyone around us. She was very enthusiastic even though she was the only server for almost 2 hours and still made it happen. We would like to give a huge thank you to Edith. This was my our best experience from a server in a while, we genuinely appreciated her and her help. She even answered the personal question we asked her. And the question i asked her about the trivia games on the BWW app. Personally I think she deserves a raise. And again thank you Edith for your amazing service.

  The experience was horrible. Our family of 4 stopped in for a bite. We get there and there's a lot of people waiting to be seated, no big deal. The short guy with the funny hair tells us to go to the back and sit wherever we want, no menus given to us. We walk to the high tables and they're all taken! We sit on a dirty table while serval severs just walk past us completely ignoring that paying customers were sitting on a dirty table with no menus. Servers kept meeting up by the soda fountain to talk and giggle among each other. I ended up cleaning our table, an older Server finally comes to take our drink order to take 15 freaking minutes to bring them to us. My husband waited another 5 mi minutes for his soda. Food order was not correct I let the server know what was missing, she disappeared. 20 minutes later she comes to our table "did my magner talk to you?" Um... no??? Disappeared again... the manger makes it over confused...explain what's missing and apologizes and brings over the missing items. I'm not sure who they're hiring... but overall the experience was horrible and expensive for the lack of quality in food and service. NEVER AGAIN

  I’ve been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location several times, mainly because it’s close to my home and the BOGO wing specials help when you’re working full time and trying to save money. Unfortunately, I’m consistently disappointed, and today was by far the worst experience. I specifically asked for my wings extra wet, and they were served extra dry. My onion rings were burnt . By the time I realized how bad the food was, I was already home and my kids were hungry, so they ate what they could. It was extremely upsetting, and it honestly ruined our evening. I don’t understand why this location can’t get orders right. This isn’t the first issue, but it should never be this bad. Management and even district management really needs to step in and address the quality and service at this store. Given the condition of the food and the poor service, I believe a full refund is deserved. I expect much better from a brand like Buffalo Wild Wings.

  So many times i have ordered from this restaurant on Uber eats, and so many times they have let me down. Have to dip my wings in despair since they forgot my ranch and extra sauce.. have to wash it down with SINK WATER because they forgot my milk. Try to slow it down, and choose quality over quantity. i work too long of hours to eat any other way. I tip too well to be wondering why I can't get a single order right from you. It's a devastatingly terrible way to end a day.
