  Traditional wings and boneless were so tiny don’t come eat here just go to wingstop, food won’t come out cold and miniature size. We complained and the manager didn’t even come to address the issue. Don’t waste your money here. My family member had to sit without food because of how bad it was.

  Customer service is AWFUL!! I had to ask 3 times to correct my bill…! Got a free burger that they post at their front door and online but seems like nobody knows about it. Then they add bills for 3 large drinks that we didn’t even order! Looks like I must have to check the bill and do my math before pay, & 3 times:(

  This would have been a 5 star review but your bathrooms are like entering the Nether in Minecraft. I dont know that a professional cleaning would do the trick, a full remodel is needed. Apart from the overall cleanliness we had a waitress in training (Peyton) who I would have thought had been here for a while. She was awesome and even caught a food discrepancy prior to bringing the food to the table <3

  went in on Thursday 10/23 and was appalled by what I saw. Staff was sitting at a table with snacks and drinks and only one employee was actually working (the bartender). While the bartender was very attentive to her bar and was working hard, the rest of the staff didn't even bat an eye to help or check in on the restaurant. Manager was sitting down as well with an infant and distributed outside snacks and drinks to staff and never once came by to check on the bar side. After asking the bartender what was going on, I was told that this behavior happens a lot. I found it interesting that the only employee that was actually doing their job was the only one that wasn't rewarded. Disgusting behavior on the managers part.

  DO NOT under any circumstances should you ever visit or order from this location. The location is filthy and severely understaffed. I dealt with a young lady at the register who did her best but wasn't trained properly. The order was overcharged and when I tried to contact the manager by telephone he was too busy to answer the phone (they hung up twice when I asked for the manager). I finally got his name "Gino" and will speak with corporate to get answers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
