    Very disappointing experience. We were told the wait time was about 30 minutes, but they started seating people who arrived after us. If we hadn’t gone up to ask, they probably would have skipped us. When they finally told us we could sit wherever we wanted, almost all the empty tables were dirty. We sat at the only table that looked clean and were then told we couldn’t sit there. The restaurant looked very unorganized and no one was cleaning the tables. After we were finally seated, it also took a very long time for anyone to come take our order or serve us. Overall, very poor service and a frustrating experience.

    Came in and the hosts weren’t very helpful about our baby seat . Also sat us in a table that was dirty and had food all over it . Our waiter was not bad but the wings were so dry . The tables all around us were dirty like this from the time we arrived till we left .Save your money .

    Been coming here for about 5 months . But since 3 weeks ago this place has gone down real bad. Manager is no good at addressing any complaints . I go after 6 so maybe you can know who. Also most servers are with angry or in a bad mood. Need to get this fixed. Orders take a good 30 minutes to get served and cold. Got my food and came cold again not a surprise. Now the order came with at least more than 12 onion rings and about 6 sliders. Asked the manager food is cold. She took it to make it hot when it came back it came with half of onion rings and 2 sliders less which are the chicken strips. This place has gone very down. Disappointed and all they say is I can remove it from the ticket. Losing money.

    Food is usually good except this last time. It was actually cold after waiting a long time for my order I would’ve thought it would at least be warm… what did I even wait for? I got guacamole instead of ranch? The other problem is wait time. I placed the order at 9:15 PM. I left at 10:10 PM. I wait about an hour for a two meal togo order. The only thing that kept me waiting was the fact that I already paid. I feel that my time was not respected. There were several people waiting for to gos. I just began to tell them to not bother placing an order because the wait was so long. I don’t regret saving them. They don’t acknowledge people while they are waiting upfront, even for a table. Not to mention, there were several tables in one area that had been cleared but not cleaned. After thirty minutes of me standing there, they finally acknowledged me and asked me what my order was. Came back later and said they lost my ticket. Didn’t offer compensation or try to make it right. My time waiting there was certainly more valuable than the price of my meal. I placed a to go so I could make the quick stop to pick it up but ended up having my time stolen. You also have to place the order on the website or app because they do not answer the phone. It kept ringing while I waited and they didn’t answer. I also say a kitchen staff member wearing a kitchen towel on his should to the restroom. It would be one thing if they were busy, but they weren’t and the employees would rather hide in the kitchen than address their guests and their needs.
