  I’ve order ahead of time online for take out upon arriving there food was not ready for Ben though giving more than enough time to be prepared order roughly around 850 food to be ready around 9:11 PM I’ve arrived at 9:25 pm good amount of time and yet order was not even done I got my refund back gave then another Try on 3/9/26 manager answer asked for my name for the credit as he was looking for it put me on hold for 17-18 minutes to be honest I don’t think they care about customer service

  me and my husband came to buffalo wild wings OUR second time here together. our server Shea gave us terrible service, she forgot little things that we asked for and had to remind her. the restaurant wasn’t busy on a friday night also when she put our order in she was talking really fast. it took us a min to full process what she said and gave us rude looks. we waited 10 minutes for her to bring drinks over and she wasn’t fast at all and after we were done eating we asked for the check and we waited 15 minutes and hasn’t came back to our table. we saw she had ONE other table. we decided to go ahead and pay upfront. for us being our second time here we expected great customer service the second we walked through the door. last time we came we have great service and he let us know the deals, promotions and great military discount. im really upset when we left the restaurant and wont be coming back!!!

  The bartender Michael was great. The wings were good. The drink was awesome.

  Checked in with the male waiter at the front. Said it would be a 10 minute wait for a family of 5. Waited for over 25 minutes and people were getting helped in front of us quick. Finally asked another female staff member how much more wait time, come to find out he didn’t even put us on the list. Then instead of trying to get us a table right away told us it would be even a longer wait. We left. Maybe they had a bad night? Went to a different location, Pat Booker no issues.

  Service was bad, was told 15 min wait. Waited 45 mins to them be given horrible service. Asked for napkins, she never brought them, asked for more beer cheese, got it after I finished my appetizer. Guest after us got thier food before us. Host had attitude. Waitress would just say yes and forget. Management need to get a hold of employees on phones, Talking in groups. Instead of working.
