- RERobert escobar2 days ago5.0Good going Texas. Once again you’ve ruined another well established brand’s local reputation. I loved this location. The staff was always friendly and I made it a point to visit inside the store. If something was wrong they were happy to correct it. I’ve seen the other reviews and yes I get it sometimes places have an off day or I understand if help is hard to find when the pay is low. But again this isn’t the first time an out of state brand has come to Texas and left. It may be this only store but still there’s been a pattern here. Do better Texas. And this is on both fronts, The customers and the staff.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
