That makes no sense — cleaning should be done after closing, not while customers are still coming to spend money during business hours. My husband and I came in specifically for ice cream, only to be told it was already shut down for cleaning because that’s what management requires. It’s frustrating and disappointing to show up well before closing and be turned away. If this is store policy, it seriously needs to be re-evaluated.

As I went inside I noticed 4 employees going back and forth and a customer waiting to place her order. I was waiting for about 10 minutes when the customer gather her things and left. I asked one of the ladies if she was going to take our order and she stated “we are short staff you have to go through the drive-thru”. What annoyed me about that encounter was not me waiting but the employees all making eye contact with both myself and the other customer and not once mentioning to go through the drive thru. It makes me wonder had I not said anything would I have still been waiting there...? Who knows how long that other customer was there for. Just not the best customer service with all 4 of them.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
