The counter where you pay is covered in spilled toppings, the floor is wet but dirty at the same time, it has a weird smell, and the walls are dirty and peeling. It was about $38 after taxes to get a flavor of ice cream other than one of the 6 premade flavors offered ($6 upcharge) and for a "1/2 sheet cake that feeds 8-12 people." it looks like it could feed 8 but not 12. So far it looks really cute. They had tons of designs to choose from. Havent tasted it yet. Just wanted to post that the hours on the store window said 11 am to 10 pm daily since the hours on google maps are wrong and i couldnt find the hours listed on the baskin robbins website and the listed phone number doesnt work. Its like a fax machine or something.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
