About 10 minutes before my window of time for delivery came, I got a text message from the driver (April Smith) letting me know the store ("BR") did not have the flavor that I requested. I replied to April to get what they had but to let the store know that I was NOT happy about the last-minute change. When April got to BR she asked to speak with a manager. I unfortunately did not get the manager's name (because he deserves some credit as well!) but he personally began getting my order together for her, with the flavors originally ordered. April delivered the order on-time and with a smile and I am forever grateful to her for stepping up and providing outstanding customer service. The Baskin-Robbins manager at the N New Braunfels located is very much appreciated and should be proud to be associated with such a conscientious DoorDash driver as April! Thank you!

I have came to this baskin Robbin’s multiple times and I always get recieved with a smile. I understand we ALL have days where we do not feel well or had a bad day. I work customer service and despite me having an awful day I NEVER treat my customers like garbage or seem like I’m miserable where I work. She made me feel so unwelcome. Absolutely not. Hopefully she has a better day.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
