- BLB LolDec 18, 20251.0There was a man with long hair and a woman with blue hair and facial piercings that both were very rude to me and my family when we ordered and proceeded to stare and mean mug us while were in the car and staring hard. All in all this is one baskin and dunkin robins you should avoid especially if these two are on the clock together.

Like many others, the cake I ordered and pre-paid was not ready at the requested time, nor was it ready 2 hours later. The store employee yelled at my husband (and then at me when I called in), blaming the issue on us for making the choice to order from BR. (Seriously!) Rather than offering any solutions or remedies, this guy got belligerent. Wouldn’t even provide his name so we could deal with the issues later. We never got the cake, but since we were en route to the party, we purchased another $90 worth of cakes like fools so she’d have something. I have yet to hear anything back on a refund. As so many others have said, avoid this place.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
