- APAnthony Pestello3 days ago1.0I went Saturday jan 10th 2026 at 6pm and it was horrible. The employees on both sides the Baskin Robbins and drunken employees were rude and unprofessional. They claimed the had no ice cream toppings and couldn't make anything except cones. Obviously not wanting to work. Avoid this place at all cost. I will never go back

Insisting that I cancel my order. No cause then I would be charged for goods I did not receive. I ended up getting less than what I paid for I was not happy about. Even my delivery driver poor thing the attitude she had to endure, even told me this is not the 1st time they have issues with this store. That is fine by me, I made a complaint with Uber eats I have also requested that my financial institution look into why I only got 1 item and still paid for 4 other things. I filed a formal complaint to dunkin/baskin Robbins which they have escalated. I will be also filing a complaint to BBB for theft, since I paid for goods and never received what I paid for. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Why advertise a product you dont have. That wasn't even the worst part. I tried to choose something else and that icecream was all watery melted. So disappointing. Baskin Robin really needs to check on their stores. This place will go out of business too if they keep this up.

Came in a few days ago during 7pm went to order some ice cream cones and the 2 women who were working there already seemed annoyed with just my presence being there. Just wanted to get some ice cream for my little sister and felt uncomfortable the entire time. The lady who took my ice cream order was a young black lady and she just stared at me as if i was having her do extra work, after getting my ice cream and heading to pay the other young lady there, white and had facial piercings gave me the same irraited look. Please never come here if you just want simple ice cream and a pleasant experience, i promise that is not what you'll be getting here. Same things with the cones, they suck. Don't bother.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
