I mean, you only need to stock one utensil. Also I have never seen so many empty buckets. Bizarre B&R location for sure. The reviews on this place are spot on.

Unfortunately today was my last visit after giving them months and multiple opportunities to redeem themselves. The Owner and Manager need to do better this is the worst Baskin Robbins in the area and probably San Antonio. First like never have the flavors stock, today we ordered a sundae and the staff member clearly was not trained properly how to make a sundae. Their vanilla flavor was stale. They also didn’t have cherries or regular spoons. We had to eat our ice cream with sample spoons on top of all of this my ice cream had a surprise hair on it. Only positive thing is that even when all the tables were dirty at least the bathroom was decent. Last visit I hope they fix this issues otherwise I don’t see them having a successful franchise run.

But I have been in this location several times over the past month or two and they have had mostly everything (like 90-100%). The younger people who work there have been nothing but smiles and very nice. I have been meaning to post this review because the place has been refreshing lately. Give it a try at least, and if not, less busy for us!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
