- NPNatalie Nicole Pena5 days ago1.0Ordene un pastel personalizado en linea para recoger hoy y cuando llege a recogerlo me digeron que nunca les llego el papel para preparar la orden pesima organizacion y solo me digeron que si queria podia agarrar in pastel de la vitrina o me regresaban el dinero y para esto ya era una segunda sucursal donde intentaba ordenar mi pastel por que en la primera me llamaron al siguente dia que su maquina no funcionava . Le pregunte a la persona en el mostrador que que su maquina funciomada o no y me dijeron que si , y le pedi que lo hisieran ahora y me dijeron que tenian que esperar a alguien y despues ellos me llamaban haber si lo podian hacer . Yo no soy de escribir reseñas pero me parece pesimo que si una persona ordena algo con tiempo pase esto .

I mean, you only need to stock one utensil. Also I have never seen so many empty buckets. Bizarre B&R location for sure. The reviews on this place are spot on.
- LLLolaOct 11, 20251.0It should be zero stars. We have try giving this location multiple chances. I live 5 min away and was originally very excited for them to open. Unfortunately today was my last visit after giving them months and multiple opportunities to redeem themselves. The Owner and Manager need to do better this is the worst Baskin Robbins in the area and probably San Antonio. First like never have the flavors stock, today we ordered a sundae and the staff member clearly was not trained properly how to make a sundae. Their vanilla flavor was stale. They also didn’t have cherries or regular spoons. We had to eat our ice cream with sample spoons on top of all of this my ice cream had a surprise hair on it. Only positive thing is that even when all the tables were dirty at least the bathroom was decent. Last visit I hope they fix this issues otherwise I don’t see them having a successful franchise run.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
